¿Cómo evitarlo?
- Enfócate en la técnica, no en el número.
- Aumenta progresivamente el peso.
- Escucha tu cuerpo y respeta tus límites.
Descuidar el calentamiento: el error más común
¿Saltas directamente a levantar pesas sin calentar? Gran error.
El calentamiento prepara tus músculos, tendones y sistema nervioso para el esfuerzo. Saltárselo aumenta exponencialmente el riesgo de lesiones.
Ejemplo de calentamiento eficaz (10 minutos):
- 5 minutos de cardio ligero (caminadora, elíptica)
- Movilidad articular (círculos de hombros, caderas)
- Activación muscular (bandas, sentadillas con peso corporal)
Técnica deficiente en los ejercicios
No importa cuánto peso levantes si lo haces mal.
La forma incorrecta no solo es menos efectiva, sino que pone en peligro tus articulaciones, columna y músculos. Y no, copiar al tipo más fuerte del gimnasio no garantiza que lo estás haciendo bien.
