M\u00e1s series, m\u00e1s peso, m\u00e1s d\u00edas en el gimnasio. Sin embargo, hay un punto en el que ese \u201cm\u00e1s\u201d empieza a jugar en tu contra. Ese punto es lo que conocemos como <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"971\">sobreentrenamiento<\/strong>, una condici\u00f3n que puede frenar tu progreso, reducir tu fuerza y, a largo plazo, comprometer tu salud y tu motivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1350\">Aunque a menudo lo asociamos con entrenamientos extremos, el sobreentrenamiento no es exclusivo de atletas profesionales. Cualquier persona que lleve una rutina exigente sin respetar el descanso, sin dormir bien o sin una nutrici\u00f3n adecuada puede caer en \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1575\"><strong data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1575\">Qu\u00e9 es realmente el sobreentrenamiento<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1870\">El sobreentrenamiento aparece cuando el cuerpo recibe m\u00e1s est\u00edmulo del que puede recuperar. No se trata solo de entrenar demasiado, sino de hacerlo sin dejar al organismo el tiempo suficiente para reconstruir tejido muscular, restaurar el sistema nervioso y equilibrar las hormonas del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"2015\">En otras palabras: <strong data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1961\">no mejoras por entrenar, mejoras por recuperarte del entrenamiento<\/strong>. Y si la recuperaci\u00f3n no alcanza, el rendimiento cae.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2060\"><strong data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2060\">C\u00f3mo saber si estoy sobreentrenando: s\u00edntomas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2141\">Identificarlo a tiempo es clave.
